coffee business. Our facility is a certified commercial kitchen
approved by the State of Hawaii located in Kealakekua, Hawaii.
In addition to our packaging services we offer grinding,
flavoring, and labeling services. |

Services
We use an electronic TE10 packaging
machine with a weighing capacity of 2oz. to 10 pounds. Our
sealing machines will accommodate most foil and polypropylene
bags. |

Grinding
Services
We use a GPX bulk grinder which can
accommodate up to 50 pounds of coffee and a Bunn Industrial
Grinder which accommodates 15 pounds of coffee. Both grinders
offer a variety of grinds including coarse, medium, fine and
espresso and can grind up to 8 pounds per minute. |

Flavoring
Services
We use a Polymaid Industrial Mixer
that can flavor up to 35 pounds of coffee. Supply
the flavor and we will do the rest, or choose
from a variety flavors we offer for purchase including
Chocolate Macadamia Nut, Vanilla Macadamia Nut, Macadamia
Nut, Vanilla Creme, Coconut Creme, Hazelnut, and Cinnamon.
